This conference is for members of ALL (Association for Language Learning). It is being planned and will be delivered by teachers and experienced trainers from the North. It is principally for teachers of key stage 2 classes but relevant also to key stage 3, so we would love to see Secondary colleagues there too!

Outline programme: Plenary sessions from Julie Prince (Phonics), Steven Fawkes - THE LANGUAGE MAGICIAN, and Jenny Carpenter (Target Language support); choice of workshops on Reading, the four skills, building target language confidence, Stories and Magic in Spanish, embedding in the curriculum, using music and penpals, international connections, engaging contexts for learning.
