Students' Union Society IT accounts

This is to apply for a new Student Society account (affiliated to the Students' Union), or to change ownership or renew an existing Student Society account.

Your request will be forwarded to the Students' Union IT Team for authorisation. For new accounts and change of owner the IT account details will be emailed to the owner within one working day of the authorisation being received.

All Society accounts must be renewed on an annual basis and an expiry warning will be sent to the account and the owner advising of the expiry date. The registered owner of the Students' Union Society account must complete this form. Ownership MUST be changed if the previous owner has left the University.
