Data Protection Statement

I understand that my data will be accessed by senior clinical and administrative staff of the University School of Dental Sciences and electronically transferred to The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the sole purpose of registering me with the Dental Hospital and arranging an appointment for an initial check-up. My data will be removed from the application system when this process has been completed. My data will be managed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
