Creative Fuse Conference: Call For Papers and Proposals

Taking place on the 14th and 15th of September and free to attend, the 2022 Creative Fuse North East Conference will be a space for the project, and the sector more widely, to reflect on all that we have done, experienced, and achieved over the last three years.

This conference is open to anyone with an interest in the creative and digital industries in the North East of England and beyond, from any sector, working environment or location. This includes (but is not limited to) submissions from:
• Researchers, Educators and Students
• Creative Practitioners, Freelancers, Businesses and Innovators
• Representatives from the Third and Public Sector

We are looking for submissions surrounding the following themes:
• Creative Places, the Urban, the Rural, and Levelling-Up
• Re-thinking temporary, pop-up and ‘meanwhile’ spaces
• Knowledge Exchange in the Creative Industries
• Creative Industries and Public Funding
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Creative Industries and Internationalisation
• Evaluation in the Cultural and Creative Sectors
• Understanding the Complexity of Arts Tech Fusion: What have we learned?
• Final Panel: Creativity from Crisis
• Open Theme
